I wasn't aware of this rule change. The NCAA, so frequently and justifiably ripped, got this one right. This rule change makes sense and will hopefully cause transfers to decrease. Now we just need Ennis to go ahead and commit to SU. This along with the fact that SU is in the lead for Isiah Whitehead bodes well for the future of SU's backcourt.
