Connor, Maybe Terrel should Go into Coach Marrone’s office and offer to play at WR or in the Secondary this season, he played both ways in high school that would make it more interesting and if it makes the Def or WR core better/deeper winning certainly makes football more intresting and switching positions for a season would too. Might Earn some Cred from Marrone too for doing what he can to help the team win after the problems he’s had.

The way it’s eventually going to need to be after we complain for 10 more years:
An 8 Team playoff 5 Conf Champs and 3 wild cards. Big east gets an auto only if its champ is in the top 15 or ranked above another major conf champ. Seeded by the BCS computer rankings. First round games are an extra home game for the better ranked team (no team would refuse that revenue) the week after the conf. championships. Final four and championship are as they have it now with the final four re-seeded so you are most likely to get the highest ranked teams in the final game.

They would make a Tanker ship of cash and the conversation about it would last all December long.

Thanks for the feedback. I always like hearing what the readers like/dont like. We put this on iTunes as well which may be an easier way to listen. I always like hearing the actual context of the interview instead of just a write up, b/c it helps add to the details of it. But we’ll try to get a full scale write up as well as we inch closer to the fall.

so by going to a four team playoff,does that mean that all of the independants are not going ever play for the championship? will this format force Notre Dame to join a conference?

Brent Ax offered an opinion on his show last Thursday by telling the 6 major conferences that their champions are automatically in and then invite 2 wild card teams to form an 8 team format the national championship game.

Over time,I think that people will get sick of it and not support a 4 team format. Remember when the BCS format was first introduced, it was suppose to be an end all to all of the problems. Look at where it is today,on the verge of being eliminated.

Involve all of the conferences and don’t get so stupid as to where we destroy the college football game.
