Hey Ron..Norma..I think maybe the way to Ogundeko is to key on RB A.Edward’s…might be whats behind the current “mystery commit”?!?!waddaya think?I don’t see the football factorys offering both…thats were we have an edge!
when is the rutgers recruiting update?
Ebo along with big wayne Williams and isasah would be an absolute tn terror on the d line for opposing offenses. Would LOVE to see all three suit up in Orange.
@Russell;to be honest I really haven’t heard to much on a player named A.Edwards. Is that the other guy that would make up the ‘Three Amigoes’ coming out of the Bronx?
I know that if Wayne Morgan is talking to both of them, telling them that both would play sooner than later. Than I think that Syracuse has a real good chance of getting them.
Boy wouldn’t that be Greeeeeeeeeeeat?
GO CUSE.
Augustus Edwards and Ogundeko could be a package for SU. One of our last Fizz Radio segments from 5/19 gets into detail about this.

That post explains the scenario well. Both these guys want to come to SU togther. E.O can basically go wherever he wants, but Edwards selection is limited, so SU can possibly nab him!
@tebow – Laviano is on his way to Rutgers. He committed there.
Cusenyc you are right these three guys would be amazing together. I have to imagine Chandler Jones Going in the First Round of the NFL Draft has to tell these guys SU is back to being the type of school that produced guys like Dwight Freeney.
With the aggressive schemes schafer is running it gives these guys a real chance to put up big sack tfl numbers and show their stuff on the field. Williams and Ebo being Brooklyn guys and AE a NYC guy getting an offer from the ‘cuse makes me smile.
Russel, Augustus Edwards was what I was thinking when I heard about Davis too and SU was very specific that Devan Carter was going to Be a LB which I think is a great move. With all the talk of Ebo We cant forget that Edwards is a Beast at RB and both guys have to be a priority.
Tebow yes their laviano coverage was overboard but I think we have established that the guys that have seen him say he has an awkward throwing motion I think since they have let it drop we can too. No?
Yeah I think this has potential for CUSE. I do think that is why they put the breaks on Davis and why they made it clear that Carter is gonna be a LB. I believe ND wants them both but wants Edwards as a LB and he said he wants to be a RB. I also think that this whole NYC kids coming to CUSE and showing that they can field a good team with city kids is a real thing to them. It would be huge to get these two and I have a feeling they will be Orange.
Oops meant brakes not breaks.
Norma, that NYC thing sounds good and it would certainly help…however no1 seem’s to be able to lock it down and they don’t emphasize football enough…Too bad most of those hoop’s guy’s don’t play on the gridiron….NYC has the population of a good sized state!!
@norma I don’t think Norte dame wants him a lb that is bizarre speculation since they have 5 linebackers already in there class
Not really speculation when you read it in an article, is it? Either way I am sure you are right. Thanks for the correction.
