Don’t worry Orange fans, help is on the way.
This year’s Syracuse basketball team isn’t always fun to watch, but that should change over the next couple of seasons. One of the reasons why is 6-foot-4¬† shooting guard Brycen Goodine. The 2019 recruit is ranked as the 29th best player at his position is his class, but looks to fit the mold of a successful guard in Boeheim’s system. But don’t just take my word for it, take a look at this video:
Brycen Goodine scored 24, including this dunk üëáüèº in St. Andrew‚Äôs 91-81 won over Vermont Academy. Symir Torrence with 30, Tyler Bertram with 22 (7 threes). Fun game to watch. Vermont without Simi Shittu (injury).

Goodine scored 24 over the weekend for St. Andrew’s against Vermont Academy. According to Syracuse.com, Goodine is averaging 18 points, six assists and around two steals per contest this season. The best part? He has another year in high school to fine tune his skills.
The three-star recruit is the only 2019 player committed to Syracuse at this time. Goodine seems like a player who could come in and cause havoc on the defensive end, as well as provide a spark to SU’s offense.
