Is Syracuse's Loss to Maryland Rock Bottom?

Breaking down that ugly 87-60 loss to the Maryland Turr pins. Seemed like the Orange really had nothing throughout the entire game

17 points at the half. That's the lowest since they played Duke back in 2018

And we go down the numbers here a little bit. It's once again freshman standouts for S.U

Donnie Freeman 15 points. Elijah Moore, 16 points. Only other Syracuse player to hit double figures

being Kyle Cuff. He had 10 in this game. That should tell you something about where this program

is at right now. And the biggest thing was that Syracuse from the jump just seemed like they were

lethargic, throwing the ball away. They had 21 turnovers in this game. 21. You cannot make up

that number and it just continued all throughout this one. And then you also go to Maryland's three

point shooting as well. Shot 44% from beyond the arc today. They were excellent

But it really seemed like Syracuse had no answers. The most concerning number for me in this game is that J-Quon-Carlos four assists

He's supposed to be the point facilitator, really didn't do all that much for S.U

And the Orange Fall to below 500. Haven't won a Power 5 game all season long, an easy game coming up against Bucknell on the 28th

But there's some major regrouping that needs to be done right now by head coach Adrian Audrey and the rest of the game
