Can Syracuse Solve its 3-Point Shooting Problem?

The finals are going on right now between Texas and St. Joseph's right after the consolation game

where Syracuse lost to Texas Tech 79-74, and what was another brutal loss for the Orange

and what felt like they couldn't play two complete halves of basketball. Last night against Texas, in the second half they found their form, but it wasn't enough

Tonight, really good first half. Even with the Red Raiders at halftime, weren't able to pull it out

Chris Bell had a really big game for the Orange, over 20 points, which they desperately needed from him

but a majority were at the free throw line. And the biggest thing that we talked about, about this team

was bouncing back after a game like yesterday. But three-point shooting continues to be a struggle

Shot under 25% again from three. They're one of the worst teams at shooting threes in the nation

and they need to drive the basket. Eddie Lampkin has continued to dominate down low

There's no reason why this team shouldn't continue to do that. So Syracuse falls to three and two

and the next matchup is against Cornell on Wednesday back in the dome
