It was Syracuse's third loss in the last four games, and the Orange are now 5 and 6

on the year, dropping them to the low 500. Senior guards, Jaquan Carlos, and Lucas Taylor led the team in scoring with 16 points

a piece each. Taylor had five rebounds and Carlos added six rebounds while also providing two

assists. Kyle Cuff Jr. also had a career best game off the bench

logging a team high 36 minutes with starting guard JJ Starling out

And this one, Syracuse endured another slow start falling into an early 17-2 hole while the Demon Deacons attack the pain

Syracuse shot just 23% from deep in this one, while the Demon Deacons shot 47%

Moving forward, Syracuse will look to rebound against Florida State in their game on January 4th

where they will look to bounce back up above 500 again
